Booth Book

Privacy

Last updated [DATE]. Booth Book is run by [YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS]. Questions: [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Your photos

  • Photos you choose are shrunk in your browser. The originals stay in your browser tab and are never uploaded or saved.
  • A smaller copy of each photo is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) so it can read the model names and find the gear. We do not keep those copies.
  • Crops (small pictures of one piece of gear) are saved only when you save a runbook. Anything you blur is blurred in the saved picture itself.
  • If something looks like a password or key, we mask it and do not keep it. You can still blur areas by hand before saving or printing.

What we keep

  • Your email address, to sign you in.
  • The rooms and runbooks you save: gear names, steps, pictures, service templates, and the notes your crew adds.
  • Which plan buttons you click on the pricing page, so we know what to build.
  • Anonymous counts on the front page: how many visits, which buttons get clicked, and how far down the page people scroll. These are plain numbers per day, with no name, email or address attached.
  • How often you sign in and how long the app is open, counted per day, so we know what is used and what is not.
  • We may open a room to help you with a support question, or to find a problem. We do not read rooms for any other reason.

Share and crew links

A read-only link lets anyone who has it see the runbook. A crew link also lets them tick off steps and add problem and handoff notes. Neither needs an account. Anyone with the link can use it, so share it only with people you trust. You can turn a link off or replace it at any time from the room page.

Your control

You can delete a room, or your whole account and everything in it, from the My rooms page. Deleting is permanent.
