For AV installers and integrators
Hand every client a runbook with your name on it.
Photograph the client's booth, say how it runs, and Booth Book writes the step by step runbook and a gear manual. It comes out as a PDF with your logo and contact details, and a booth QR code their volunteers can scan.
Documentation clients use, with you on every page.
- Your brand on everything. Logo on the cover, your contact on every PDF, and the client sees who to call.
- Faster than writing it up. Photos and a few spoken words in place of an evening with a blank document.
- One portal for every client. Your own address, like yourname.booth-book.com, with all client rooms in one list.
- Your team can use it. Staff sign in with an invite link and see the same rooms.
- A checklist volunteers will open. A QR code on the wall puts it on any phone, with no app and no login.
Plans, by how many client rooms you keep
A note from the founder
I built Booth Book so the person who knows how a booth works is no longer the only one who can run it. For installers, that means documentation your clients actually keep, with your name on it.
If something does not work the way you expect, or you need a plan that is not on this page, email me and I will sort it out.

Questions installers ask
How long does setup take?
There is nothing to wait for. Choose a plan, pick your address, pay on Stripe, and your portal is ready straight away. Then add your logo and contact line and start your first client room.
Do I have to be technical to use it?
No. You take photos and speak, and tap through short questions for each device. The writing is done for you, and you can edit anything it gets wrong.
What if the AI misreads a photo?
You check every piece of gear it finds before the runbook is written, and you can fix names and crops by hand.
Can my clients buy their own?
Yes. Anyone can build their own room at booth-book.com for $39, paid once. Client rooms you build under your plan are separate.
